We offer free returns for online orders! 

Online orders must be initiated within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a return. Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Request a Return Authorization number (RA #) by emailing us at info@carloscampos.com, calling us at 1 (212) 244-2377 
  2. Clearly mark your RA # at the bottom of the invoice included with your order. Returns received without an RA # will be subject to a $20 restocking fee.
  3. Use the pre-paid return label included in your package to send back your return.

Sale merchandise reduced 50% or more is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Due to the high cost of shipping, all international orders and orders to U.S. territories are FINAL SALE.

Return Policy Details

Items purchased online may be returned to our office  aboerfect condition in order to be considered for return. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface, and must be returned in their original, undamaged

Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt, less any original shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time


We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your return does not comply with the conditions stated above, you will be charged for the package to be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.
