Ground

Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed. Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. You may choose to select Two Business Day or Next Business Day air services for expedited delivery. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Two Business Day

Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.

Next Business Day

Delivery occurs the next business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 12PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification.

For Next Business Day shipments: 

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM ET will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12PM ET will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12PM ET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Carlos Campos New York will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.

You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves our studio.

RETURNS

If you are not delighted with your purchase, carloscampos.com  offers complimentary return & exchanges: simply return the item in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund, less any original shipping costs if applicable.

To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:
1. All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
2. The merchandise must be unworn, in saleable condition with tickets attached.
3. The merchandise must not be altered.

Sale merchandise may not be returned after 14 days. Requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of receipt of your package.

carloscampos.com offers complimentary returns on all U.S. orders. No fee will be deducted from your return. Just email us at info@carloscampos.com  we will send you a pre-paid United States Postal Service (USPS) return label with your packing slip. Simply complete your name and address and affix the return label to the outside of your package. We suggest that you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference. If you do not have the return form, you may include the shipment notification email as your proof of purchase. Please include a note with your order stating why you are returning the merchandise.

You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.

Your return package can be dropped off at any US Post Office, or given to your USPS carrier. Please obtain a receipt for tracking purposes..
